Innovative Hypoallergenic Bakery Wins Prestigious Award

Tampa, FL October 20, 2009 -- According to a recent survey in the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology, almost half of food allergy sufferers experienced reactions to food in a restaurant or other eatery. Nutrition enthusiast Ivan Nikolov opened his wholesale bakery in April, 2009. It is the only gluten-free bakery in the Tampa, Florida area.
