Ivan Nikolov was born
in Bulgaria, East Europe. He moved in the United States when he was
28. Since then Ivan has been continually working to establish himself
as an educator, a role model and inspiration for all those, who seek
the way to better their health through living a healthy lifestyle. Ivan holds Masters
Degree in Industrial Management, as well as certifications as
Bodybuilding Trainer, and Massage and Chinese Remedial Gymnastics
practitioner. One of Ivan's
personal strengths is his vast, and constantly increasing knowledge
in nutrition. He is a sought after person for nutritional advice on
the web and on a local level in the gym, where Ivan is currently a
personal trainer and a nutritional consultant. Through his
knowledge in nutrition and exercise Ivan has manged to completely
transform his body, as well as to transform the physiques and restore

Keith Gagnon was born in New England
where from a young age he picked up a passion for baking and cooking.
Keith was fifteen years old when he began working at his first
bakery. He found his calling and pursued a desire to learn more in
the field of culinary arts. Keith holds an associate's degree in
culinary arts from the renowned New England Culinary Institute in
Montpelier, Vermont. After his schooling, which included two
internships in well established luxury hotels, Keith traveled the
east coast working in several hotel bakeries and privately owned
pastry shops. Most recently Keith has been employed at The Ritz
Carlton in Atlanta, Georgia and The Renaissance Vinoy Resort in St.
Petersburg, Florida Keith has combined two passions, his
love for baking and nutrition. His fifteen years in the baking
industry and a continued education in nutrition push him towards his
goal to create healthy and flavorful goods for an every yearning
